Basic Telephone Service Charges


1. Basic Telephone Service (Within a District):

a) PSTN and C-Phone(Post-Paid) Charge:

Minimum Monthly Rental for Local Telephone (with 175 free calls) Rs. 200/-
Installation Charge (Drop wire and accessories shall be borne by the customer) Rs. 9,00/-
Charge for excess call ( more than 175) per call Rs. 1/-

5. VSAT Telephone Service:

a) Domestic Call Tariff:

The tariff for all the calls from VSAT to Nepal Telecom's basic telephone service, Mobile service and VSAT networks and vice versa is same as the Group B charging.

b) International Call Tariff:

Same as the charging for ISD calls from Basic Telephone service of Nepal Telecom

6. Nepal Telecom's VSAT Network to other operators (UTL,STM & SNPL) Network Call Tariff

a) The charging for all the calls to UTL and STM network is same as the domestic (STD) call charge.
b) The charging for all the calls to SNPL is Re 1/- per minute additional to the domestic (STD) call charge

  • The above tariff is exclusive of all applicable government taxes.
