For local calls from Nepal Telecom PSTN or C-Phone to SNPL Mobile (Kathmandu to Kathmandu and Kaski to Kaski)
Additional charge of Rs. 1.00 per minute on current rate (Rs. 1.00 per minute from Nepal Telecom PSTN or C-Phone to Nepal Telecom Mobile) shall be applicable to every call from Nepal Telecom PSTN or C-Phone to SNPL mobile making the total rate Rs. 2.00 per minute. Pulse rate= 30 second per pulse.

"BUDGET CALLS" for International Trunk Service
(Efffective Date:- from15 June, 2003)
Tariff of ISD call with "00" access code remains same.
This service is also available in P.C.O's operated by NTC and Private operators.
Operator service (187) is not available for access code "1425" and "1445".
The above tariff is exclusive of applicable Government tax.
Note:
Security deposit for Telecom Services has not been changed.
Local, National, International calls will be measured in pulse
rate.
Taxes has not been included in the above rates.
