Domestic Telex Call Charge


Telex service is available from Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Bhairahawa, Butwal, Bharatpur, Janakpur, Birgunj, Pokhara and Nepalgunj, Deposit amount installation charge, annual rental and call charge for telex service is given below:

  1. Parmenent Connection Charge
    1. Deposit for each telex set Rs. 10,000/-
    2. Installation charge for each Rs. 3,000/-
    3. Annual rental charge for each Rs. 12,000/-

  2. Temporary & Casual Connection Charge
    1. Up to 15 days Rs. 1,5000/-
    2. After 15 days up to one month Rs. 2,000/-
    3. After one month up to 3 months Rs. 3,000/-
    4. After 3 months u[p to 6 months Rs. 6,000/-
    5. After 6 months u[p to one year Rs. 12,000/-

  3. Charge for Telex Call

    Automatic call Operator assisted call Extra

  4. Shifting Charge
    From one place to other place Rs. 3,000/-

  5. Late Fee
    The late fee for those subscriber, who has not paid the monthly telex charge until the last date of payment, will be collected as follow:

    1. The subscriber must pay the charge within 10 days after receipt of the bill.
    2. If the amount is not paid within 10 days of the receipt of the bill, the telex line will be blocked.
    3. Telex line will be ope, if the subscriber pays the charge within one month after receipt of the bill.
    4. The telex line will be open, if the subscriber pays the charge with additional 5 percent late fee percent late fee per month in total amount after one month of receipt of the bill.
    5. The line will be disconnected, if the charge is not paid within 3 months after receipt of the bill and all dues will be collected according to the government revenue rules.

  6. Answerback Code Charge
    Rs. 150/- will be charged, if subscriber wished to change the answerback code.
