Inactive status will be applied to a account upon voluntary deactivation. To deactivate an account at the owner's request, the following steps must be taken:
A user can initiate the deactivation process by contacting us via email or our call center. The necessary requirements include:
- Submission of a deactivation request along with a selfie holding an official ID.
- If the user visits our head office, a deactivation form will be provided; please note that a photocopy of a government-issued identity must be attached along with the application form.
