- You need to have PSTN line from Nepal Telecom.
- Submit the ADSL form mentioning the desired speed to the Telecom office from where your line is connected, along with Photo copy of citizenship certificate .
For a company, Company registration certificate and proprietor's citizenship photocopy are needed.
If technically feasible, you will be contacted for the subscription and initial payment.
Upon initial payment, you will get the user-id, Password and connection instructions.
NT will provide the Broadband services within 7 days of application for the broadband connection based on the technical feasibility.
Subscriber will have to arrange the CPE (with splitter) from the local market. NT does not provide the CPE at the moment.
Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of CPE is the responsibility of the subscriber itself.
Attention !!!
If your phone line has Home metering (16 KHz) facility, you need to specifically mention it while subscribing ADSL service. You need to install the splitter supporting Home metering, otherwise your home metering facility will not work after ADSL subscription.
- Customer can subscribe on Monthly basis or on Volume basis.
- The services are available on First Come First Serve basis.
