A) Balance Transfer Methods

Please use any one of the following methods:

  • Nepal Telecom APP: Use Transfer Balance Feature
  • USSD : Dial  *422*SecurityCode*DestinationNumber*Amount in Rs.#  
    • Send SCODE to 1415 to get your Security Code
  • Website: Use Self-Care feature on Nepal Telecom Website 
  • Allowed Transfer:  Rs. 10 - Rs.500/Transfer & maximum 20 transfer per day
  • Balance Transfer is only available to Prepaid GSM users

B) Steps to Recharge from Your ATM 

  1. Go to: https://cardpay.ntc.net.np/
  1. Enter the mobile number that you want to recharge
    1. Input Mobile Number and Select “I’m not a robot”

    1. Select Recharge Amount

    1. Confirm Recharge

    1. Enter Your ATM Card Number, Expiry Date, Card Holder Full Name and CVV(Please check 3 digit code at the back of your ATM)

    1. Check Your Mobile Phone for OTP code: xxxxxx and input the code

    1. Confirm that the mobile is Top-Up with the desired amount

  1. Confirm that recharged mobile number received SMS notification of recharge amount

C) Use eSewa, Khalti, IMEPay, CellPay, Bank Mobile APP, etc.
